Port performance reflected 129 vessel calls and 3.49 million metric tons of cargo handled. Monrovia led imports, Buchanan dominated iron ore exports, while Greenville and Harper maintained steady activity. These operations generated USD 8.805 million in revenue, 13% below the USD 10.116 million target, driven by unrealized GTMS fees and lower loose cargo. Operating expenses reached USD 9.729 million, 5% above budget, resulting in a USD 0.925 million loss. Revenue contribution remained concentrated in Monrovia (89%).
