In QII 2026, the Authority’s gains rest upon a coherent reform doctrine rather than isolated interventions. The RESET Strategic Plan continues to serve as the organizing logic through which the Authority sequences governance discipline, operational upgrades, international engagement, and human capital development into a single coordinated with focus on financial management, security, digitalization, and infrastructure modernization. The Authority recorded 173 vessel calls, up from 161 in QI, while SDWT increased by 24.7% and NRT by 39.6%. However, total throughput declined by 4.8%, from 5.35 million MT to 5.09 million MT, with Monrovia and Buchanan accounting for approximately 97.8% of QII throughput.
