Through the ARREST Agenda for Inclusive Development, my Administration is committed to modernizing Liberia’s port infrastructure, strengthening operational efficiency and security, and positioning our country as a reliable and competitive destination for trade and investment in West Africa.

I have charged the National Port Authority with advancing this vision through responsible leadership, improved service delivery, strategic investment, and partnerships that strengthen Liberia’s productive capacity and support sustainable economic growth.

As we transform Liberia’s ports, we are strengthening our connection to the world, expanding opportunities for Liberian businesses and citizens, and laying the foundation for a more prosperous future for generations to come.

1. Port Modernization & Trade Facilitation
   Modernizing port infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, strengthening security, and facilitating the movement of goods so Liberia can compete more effectively in regional and global markets.
2. Infrastructure & Regional Connectivity
   Integrating port development with roads, energy, logistics, and other critical infrastructure to strengthen economic corridors, improve connectivity, and extend opportunities throughout Liberia.
3. Investment, Value Addition & Jobs
   Creating a stable and predictable environment for responsible investment, industrial development, value-added activity, and sustainable job creation for the Liberian people.
