Hon. Sekou A. M. Dukuly is a business and finance professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning business development, financial management, audit and asset management in Liberia and the United States. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Augsburg University and a degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota. Since assuming leadership of the NPA in 2024, he has led reforms focused on operational efficiency, accountability, port modernization and institutional performance.
