Hon. James R. Bernard serves as Deputy Managing Director for Administration of the National Port Authority, following his nomination to the position in 2024. In this role, he supports the Authority’s administrative management, institutional coordination, staff development and stakeholder engagement, and has represented NPA management in engagements involving port security, capacity building, tourism and international cooperation.
