2024 QIV Financial and Narrative Report

In QIV, Liberia's maritime sector demonstrated substantial growth, with its four key ports: Freeport of Monrovia, Buchanan, Greenville, and the Port of Harper maintains stable vessel activity. The number of vessels remained consistent at 124, as seen in Quarter III, while the National Port Authority (NPA) recorded notable gains in critical performance metrics. SDWT increased by 16.18%, reaching 4,293,764,67 tons, driven by larger and more advanced vessels. Similarly, NRT rose by 13.2% to 1,482,076 metric tons. The total cargo throughput across all ports surged by 51.15%, reaching 2,800,076.029 tons, highlighting a significant upturn in Liberia's maritime activities.
