Public Relations Dept
Manages the Authority’s public communication, media relations and institutional reputation. The department communicates verified information about NPA operations, projects, services and public-interest activities while supporting transparent engagement with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement institutional communication and public-relations plans.
- Prepare news releases, statements, speeches, media briefs and public-information materials.
- Manage media enquiries, press engagements and coverage of official NPA activities.
- Coordinate website, social-media and other public-facing communication content with relevant departments.
- Support crisis and emergency communication in coordination with management and operational teams.
- Maintain approved brand, messaging and publication standards across NPA communication channels.
