Manages NPA-owned land, buildings and property interests to support operations, revenue generation and long-term asset stewardship. The department coordinates property records, occupancy, leases, inspections and use of Authority real estate.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain inventories, plans and records for NPA land, buildings and other real-property interests.
  • Administer property leases, tenancy arrangements, occupancy permissions and related documentation.
  • Monitor property utilisation, lease obligations, rental matters and unauthorised occupation.
  • Coordinate inspections and property-condition reporting with Technical and operational teams.
  • Support valuation, allocation and commercial use of available NPA property.
  • Protect institutional property interests by coordinating boundary, title and dispute matters with Legal and relevant authorities.
