Coordinates management and reporting across NPA’s port locations so that operational, administrative and service standards are implemented consistently. The function links local port management with headquarters while preserving attention to the specific operating needs of each port.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational and administrative reporting from the Freeport of Monrovia, Buchanan, Greenville and Harper port locations.
  • Monitor local implementation of NPA policies, safety requirements, service standards and management directives.
  • Escalate infrastructure, staffing, customer, security and operational issues requiring headquarters support.
  • Support consistent collection of port traffic, service and performance information.
  • Coordinate local stakeholder engagement with port users, concessionaires, communities and government agencies.
  • Support emergency, continuity and improvement planning tailored to the needs of each port.
