Supports efficient movement, supply coordination and automation of internal operational processes. The department helps connect logistics requirements with workflow improvement, equipment support and process digitisation so that services can be delivered more reliably.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal logistics requirements for materials, equipment and operational support activities.
- Identify repetitive manual processes suitable for automation and workflow redesign.
- Support implementation of operational automation systems in coordination with ICT and user departments.
- Track logistics requests, service levels and bottlenecks affecting operational continuity.
- Develop procedures for efficient movement, issue and control of operational resources.
- Support integration of automated processes with inventory, gate, customer and management-information systems where applicable.
