The National Port Authority of Liberia is recruiting qualified Liberians to fill Security Personnel vacancies across various Security Departments and Sections. Successful applicants will support the Authority’s responsibility to maintain a safe and secure port environment and compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
The Management of the National Port Authority (NPA) announces that its Security Division is recruiting Security Personnel to fill vacant positions across its various Security Departments and Sections.
This external recruitment is open to qualified Liberians who meet the stated requirements.
The Security Division plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure working environment at the Port and ensuring full compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. The Division safeguards the Authority’s staff, stakeholders, port users and facilities.
The National Port Authority is seeking motivated and accountable individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a Liberian citizen between 18 and 35 years of age.
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent.
- Previous security experience is an added advantage.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations.
