Procurement with NPA

In order to operate efficiently and effectively, the NPA collaborates with the private sector and local small to medium businesses to provide the authority with items outside of our scope.

To do this in a manner that is transparent and in accordance with the law, the NPA subscribes to the Public Procurement and Concessions Committee (PPCC) Act of 2005 when soliciting the public for work bids. The NPA also subscribes the national regulatory guidelines that accompany the PPCC Act. Dependent on the specifications for each bid, local and foreign bidders are invited to our headquarters to gather more information about the process and requirements
